The Nomination court will sit today the 16th of April 2015 at 10am in Harare for Harare East, Kambuzuma, Glen View South, Dzivarasekwa, Highfields and Kuwadzana at Rotten Row Magistrate Courts. Tsholotsho North, Pumula, Makokoba, luveve, Lobengula, Mpelandaba-Mpopoma will be at the magistrate courts Tregold Building court 5. In Mutare the Nomination Court will sit at the Magistrate court for Dangamvura- Chikanga. For Mbizo constituency the nomination will sit at the Magistrate court in Gweru.
President declared 14 By Election vacant and proclaimed them to be held on the 10th June 2015, the President made the proclamation in a statutory instrument 39 of 2015 in terms of Section 129 (1)(K) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe.
14 By Elections are to be held in Constituencies with Legislators that were axed include Harare East MP Tendai Biti, Kambuzuma MP Willias Madzimure, Lucia Matibenga (Kuwadzana East), Paul Madzore (Glen View), Reggie Moyo (Luveve), Solomon Madzore (Dzivarasekwa), Bekitemba Nyathi (Mpopoma Pelandaba), Albert Mhlanga (Pumula) ,Moses Manyengavana (Highfield West), Samuel Sipepa Nkomo (Lobengula), Roseline Nkomo (Tsholotsho North),Settlement Chikwinya (Mbizo),Gorden Moyo (Makokoba) and Arnold Tsunga ( Chikanga Dangamvura) as well as Dydmus Mutasa (Headlands) and Themba Muliswa ( Hurungwe West).
