In terms of the law, the number of voters in a given House of Assembly constituency must be as nearly as possible equal to the number of voters in each of the other House of Assembly constituencies. Following this principle, established on paper, the average number of voters in each House of Assembly constituency is 26726.02. Was done by dividing the total number of voters in the country by the number of House of Assembly constituencies into which the country is to be divided, that is, 210.
